Ring just cancelled my subscription for no reason

I just received an email from ring saying my subscription has been cancelled for no reason, the renewal date is in December and my payment method is up to date and nowhere near expiry. Given i can no longer access video history does anyone have tips on how to resolve this as if i just by the subscription again i am losing out on 2 months coverage for 3 devices that i have already paid for? P.s the bot chat was completely useless.
