Problems with Payment

Our entity bought a Ring camera and decided we liked the features. We tried to purchase a protect plan, but the ONLY option we have for payment is through check. It's really unfortunate that we spent the money on the device only to find out that they won't allow us to pay for a subscription.

Hi @user_2a82fc. Are you not the owner of the Ring Camera? The Ring Protect plan can be paid for with a valid debit or credit card, but only the owner of the Ring account can purchase a plan.
