troubleshooting
I called three days ago for help with my chime pro we troubleshoot the situation. It still did not work then I was told that I will hear from someone in three days and I haven’t heard from anyone. I have emailed 2 to 3 different days and no one has gotten back to me no email or call. This is really bad service when I also pay for a plan I have. i’m really thinking of discontinuing my plan with Ring
