Bought month subscription but yearly was charged
Hello I wanted to buy a monthly subscription and I selected the monthly button. But after entering the credit card details, the option automatically changed to yearly and yearly price was charged. How can I change it to monthly? Thank you Best regards Raja

Hi @user_daa30b. You cannot change a plan's billing frequency. I'd recommend canceling the plan you signed up for, then subscribing again with the billing frequency you prefer. You'll receive a prorated refund for the unused amount of time.
