Adding 1 device to plan costs double?
cs-support
ring-protect-plans
billing
So a plan for one device is 49.99 and if I want to add just one more camera inside, it’s double that?? That’s wack. Should be like 10 more bucks to add one device.

If have two why can't you just cancel basic & go to ring plus plan . More features, same price.. doesn't that make more sense? If basic is $4.99 for one camera.. you add one more.. you pay still $10 monthly right?

JHi @user82720. If you have two Ring devices, you can subscribe to a Plus Plan.

Hi @user82720. That’s correct. The Ring Protect Basic plan applies to only one Ring Doorbell or Camera. If you add a second Doorbell or Camera and want to subscribe to a second Basic plan, you will be charged for that second Basic plan. Once you have two or more devices at the same location, you might want to consider the Ring Protect Plus plan instead, which covers all devices at one location. We have a breakdown of the different features and pricing for each plan here. Let me know if you have any other questions.
