Added new cameras

Hi, I've added two new Ring video doorbell cameras to my original ring system. However they didn't update automatically into my existing subscription (not basic). I can watch live on them but am not getting alerts or any videos of past activity even though there has been some. Is there a number I can ring or does anyone have any advice? Thanks
