The shared user invite doesn't accept the invite

I recently added cameras to my home and I can see them in my app. On top of that, I wanted to share these new devices with my mom, but the invite won't let her accept the invite. She gets the email but all it has is the option to manage and that doesn't lead to an acceptance. I've been trying to fix this issue for a few hours now and nothing works. I'm stuck!

Hi @user_b3ba83. Let's start by first deleting all Shared User invitations and emails. This will ensure we are not confusing new invites with old ones. Next, follow the steps listed in this Help Center article here. Be sure that your phone is updated and your Ring app has the latest version installed Let me know if this helps.
