Ring did not record
Someone broke into my car right under the Ring camera, but it didn’t record anything for about 5 minutes. Is it possible they used a device to deactivate the Ring camera?

The same thing happened to me but the camera stopped working for 2 hours. My ring doorbell worked but my outdoor camera recorded when they first got there and didn't record again untill 2 hours later. How is this possible?
