New home owner house came with ring doorbell

Previous home owner went into assisted living facility. It has been more than 15 days and I still cannot set up the ring doorbell. There are a lot of landscapers, delivery drivers and neighbors. I need security and I do not have any more patients please tell me a solution. I will have to get a new one but whyyyyy
