My floodlight camera isn't resetting properly. When I try to reset it, the floodlights turn on and the front light blinks three times before everything shuts off and the process repeats. How can I fix this issue? ring floodlight cam wired pro.Tried push the top button for 20sec.switch power on/of several times, nothing to help
