So you mean to tell me that the only way to zoom in on PC is with the magnifying glass?? What!!!??? $250 for a camera that doesn't have basic $40 Wish camera settings. But Ring has a drone that can protect your house. No Thank You.

This isn't working for me on a touch screen Surface laptop. Mouse scroll or mouse pad.Only seems to work live and recorded feeds on iphone?

CHi @user_9cb894. Are you using the Ring app, or are you on Ring.com from the Surface laptop? If so, which browser are you using? Which model of Surface laptop do you have?

Heya, have you tried holding control and using the mouse wheel? Or just the mouse wheel. If you dont have a mouse, if its a laptop, using the mouse pad pinch in an outward direction from the middle. This should mimic the zoom function on a mobile device.
