Videos won’t delete
video-quality

Every time I delete a video it pops back. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it’s still doing it. Why?

    Hi @AEC1972. What kind of phone is this happening on and what version of the Ring app is it running? When the video pops back up, is this is in the Event History Timeline? Try deleting them on Ring.com and see if that changes the outcome. This Community post [here](https://community.ring.com/t/delete-all-videos/2148/2) also has information on deleting videos.
