Two step verification, not receiving email
Need asisstance to break the endless loop im now in. I have chaged ISP and have a email address. which I chnaged in thw Ring App. Since then, I have not been anble to log in, as im not receiving the required email from Ring, to validate / access my account. The email address works perflectly fine, and I have also used that same email address to log into this Ring Community site (so the account does exist !!). How therefore do I receive the required email, to get past / through the two stage log in process? I I made the unfortunate mistake of calling customer services to try and resolve this matter, and literely receieved no customer service at all. Regards

Hi @Paul.Price.uk1. Two-step verification codes should be sent via SMS, as email was removed as an option previously. However, make sure you are checking your junk and spam folders for any emails from Ring that are being mistakenly blocked. If this issue continues, you’ll need to reach out to our support team for further assistance, as we do not have access to any account details on the Ring Community.

Also, I have just received an email from Ring telling me that I have just logged into the Ring Community website, using the new email address, yet Ring for some reason cannot send me the required two stage verification email, to verify my new email address … ??
