Trouble connecting to AT&T Internet air

My ring chimes, doorbell and camera worked perfectly fine with AT&T Internet Air prior to Hurricane Helene. For days after they would not reconnect. Finally after resetting the Hub after an error code appeared, all the devices connected. However I cannot use the Ring app on the Internet Air. It just spins and spins. I have to take my phone off WiFi in order to use the app. Any ideas why?
