Temporary connection issue

Like many other users this problem has suddenly appeared? I have been using the app successfully for the 6 months with no issues, please could someone advise me how to remedy it. I use a MacAfee Safe Browsing VPN and the fault appears to go away when I turn this off? Needless to say I don’t want to lose/remove my VPN just for the sake of 1 app?

    Our connection issues started with the last ring app update. We never had problems before and now we barely can connect. Very frustrating!

      I have the same issue using Encrypt.me VPN. Ring won't load the top panel in the dashboard with the VPN on. Started happening a few weeks ago.
