I upgraded my plan to Pro but the SOS function is still not in my app. Any clue what is wrong?

    Hi @user49840. To enable SOS in the Ring app after subscribing to the Pro Plan, follow these steps:1. Tap on the ☰ menu in the upper left.2. Tap on **Settings**.3. Tap on **SOS**.4. Tap on **Setup SOS** and follow the in app prompts.If the SOS option is not available in the Ring app, force close the app and re-open it. Make sure you have the latest version of the Ring app as well. If you have tried these steps and still cannot enable SOS, give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406#callus) for further assistance.
