Snooze not working in iOS app

This has been an issue for weeks. There’s a discussion in the floodlight forum but it seems appropriate to raise here as well. When I get a motion alert on my IPhone (iOS 13.3.1) and try to shove it, the app completely ignores the request. Someone in the other thread thought it might be two-factor related because it only happens for them when it’s on. Mine is on but I don’t care to turn it off. Any ideas? Frustrating that this has not been caught or fixed.
