My smart lock deadbolt is not listed in my devices. It only shows on my dashboard where I can only lock and unlock it. Why is it not listed as a device so that I can adjust notifications, users, codes, settings and link it to other devices? Example: when door is unlocked, activate doorbell video. Where are the settings for my lock in the app?

Hi there, @Mrs.bmass! A Works With Ring compatible smart lock should show up in the Ring app under your Alarm devices. When in the Ring app, open the menu, select Devices, select Alarm, and there you should see the Smart Lock listed under your Alarm devices. I hope this helps! :)
