New member with a question about a shared user. I just installed the ring security system. I have added my wife as a shared user and installed the ring app on her phone. Her dashboard has no option to enable and disable the alarm and looks different from my dashboard. Do I have to also load all the sensors and camera on her ring app? Or how do you link her ring app to the one on my phone? Thanks

I'm no pro and this is my first time posting here so I apologize in advance if I'm doing this incorrectly. I believe for her to have the same access, instead of setting her up as a "shared user", she would just log into the app using the same email and password that you used to set up the ring account. Only the "account holder" would have full access to make those changes. I hope this helps.
