Serious error on my area crime reports

My grievance is that the map that shows where I live excludes my house in the neighborhood pertaining to me and has a whole different neighborhood across a highway that does not pertain to me is there any way to correct this ring corporation? as you can see......... Some real BS. your company has become too big and your quality of service as drastically declined
