Scrolling through timeline jumps to 0:00

Scrolling through the camera timeline on the app, it jumps to 0:00, midnight, every single time. I can't view anything unless I use filters and even then, it still jumps around to random times or back to midnight. App is updated, phone is updated, app reinstalled on numerous occasions, ring device rebooted numerous occasions. Super frustrating as it's now been happening for months.
