Hi there, @dle! Whenever you get a push notification about something, it will naturally only pop up for a moment and then go away. For the Samsung J3, this phone does not allow for a longer time that this push notification can be visible. No worries though, your notification will be put into your notification menu/tray so you can click on it and view it later!

thank you so much for answering my question. At least I got part of my answer. I have been unable to find out how to extend the time, but have not had any success. my next question is where is the notification menu/tray ? again, thank you

Hey @dle! Happy to help! :catvery-happy: If you are trying to access your notification menu/tray, you normally can just scroll down from the top of your phone's screen when on the main menu. If you are still unsure where to find your notifications, it may be best to reach out to your phone's service provider to learn more about your phone and the different functions of it!
