Ring will not allow a share on suspicious event

Tried to share a suspicious person to the neighborhood app,..declined twice....they sent bs email about it being appropriate.....a SUSPICIOUS PERSON ISNT APPROPRIATE TO SHARE WITH NEIGHBORS????Terrible policy....I'll buy a Nest system...Ring clearly doesn't care about its customers!!
