Hi @user75924. I checked my Ring app on iOS and I’m currently running app version 5.68, so I’d recommend verifying that you have the latest version installed from the app store. Is there a particular error message you’re receiving when accessing Live View on the Ring app? What is the RSSI listed as on the Device Health page? Feel free to share a screenshot of what you’re seeing on your end.
