When needing to install or update the Ring app, you can always visit our [help center article](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/204384784-Downloading-and-Updating-the-Ring-App), which lists the download links. Under the Ring app description portion of your app store, this should list any information such as compatibility. For android, the Ring app is compatible with android 5.0 and up. I hope this helps! :)
