Ring App 2.4.18 Windows 10 unable to enter 2 factor code

Ring App 2.4.18 Windows 10 unable to enter 2 factor code.I get the email for the 2 factor code. I'm only able to enter the first digit. The app locks up and closes when trying to enter the second digit. I have uninstalled and reinstalled a couple times.
