Premium Subscription Features Locked
Hey everyone, I decided to upgrade to the Ring Premium Subscription as I wanted to use the 24/7 recording feature of the cameras I have that can do this. However, when I go into the app, it shows that I do indeed have a Premium subscription, but if I go to the settings for an eligible camera and click on 24/7 I get a pop up saying I need to upgrade. There is also a little box that says Feature Locked. Also, smart video search also has a box saying it is Feature Locked.I did call the support line, they had me sign out of the app and sign back in (already had done this once already) and no change. Then they had me delete the app and reinstall it. No change. On my ring.com dashboard, it also says I have premium.So at the end of the call, she wanted me to factory reset the cameras. It was 11pm and pouring down rain...so I wasn't about to go out and climb around the cameras to reset them. Logic also says that it isn't a camera issue, it appears to be a system issue.Has anyone else had this problem? How did you resolve it? I am not thinking tech support is going to be much help.
