Posting a Ring Video to the Ring Neighbors Post Denied
Car got broken into and I have been trying to post the video to the ring app all day. I’ve tried 5 times so I can let the neighborhood know this is happening. The post keeps getting denied and I never get any specific info as to why. Just the generic “community guidelines” answer. I get no email to ask anyone that’s human either. What am I doing wrong that I can never post anything to the ring neighbors section?

Why aren’t you guys allowing my posts to be viewed? It’s annoying. Every time I create a post from ring, it’s automatically removed. Not everyone wants to post about animals.

Hi @Party1218. The Ring Community has a different set of guidelines than the Neighbors app. If you are not seeing the email, it could be getting filtered into your junk or spam folder. You can reply to that email for clarification.
