Pet Tags are Set Up and NOT Showing On Mobile or Web Dashboard

I have scanned and set up my pet tags in the app. However, the tags do not show on my dashboard in the app. When will the feature be added, or how do I turn on this feature?

Hi @jfer25. The Pet Tag is not going to show up under the Devices list or on the Ring app dashboard. When you set up the Ring Pet Tag, you would have been prompted to create a Pet Profile linked to the QR code on the Pet Tag. You can view this Pet Profile under Settings > Users & Pets. When you tap on the Pet Profile, you can see that a Pet Tag is linked. I hope this helps clear things up!
