Offline notifications in App

Hi all, I think It should be great to have notification when a device become off-line (no more in-line in fact), do you think it can be possible ? I will warn user when internet is no more available or when ring's server is offline. In all case our devices in no more usable. Thanks for your service. François (Belgium)
