Notifications not working on Android 10

Hello Community. So Ihad a phone that was running Android 9 and everything worked fine. I recently got a new phone which has Android 10 and now I don't get any notifications unless I keep the app open in the background, if I close the app then nothing will ever come through once i reopen the app the notifications then come pilling in like they were waiting for the app to be open. I have gone through all the setting over and over again, cleared caches reinstalled and nothing solves it. Does anyone know if the app is fully compatible with Android 10?

Hi there, @Madmaniakid! The Ring app should certainly work as intended on your Android device. Keep in mind, the Android os is known for it's unique preferences or options available which can change by mobile device type. Removing and reinstalling the Ring app is a great first step, as is checking notification and mobile device settings. Please also ensure there is not a vpn enabled, and that there are not any [Android apps installed that might conflict with the Ring app](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005889983-Android-Apps-that-Conflict-with-the-Ring-App).
