Not receiving verification email
hardwired-video-doorbell

attempting to set up my wired doorbell so created an account to use the app. the account is there but it is waiting on an email to verify i am me. no matter how many times I request the email nothing is coming thru. The email works as ring has sent me codes to log in as well as emails saying I logged in on a new device. nothing has gone to spam or trash in the email account and it's a standard Gmail account. attempted to request email from both android, iOS, and windows PC.

      Same happened to me just now and I spent 2 hours on the phone with 2 different technical support people and they had no idea what was wrong. Would love to hear how you resolved this?

        Hi, I've the same issue and spent 1 hour today on the phone with the support - trying to solve it. I was told that Ring is applying a filter for suspicious email addresses for the account verification step. In my situation the domain was not known to them. Using another address with a @gmail.com domain worked as a temporary solution. No solution or timeline was given to solve the core issue of improving the suspicious email filter in general or adding my preferred address to the trustworthy addresses. It's very much frustrating from a customer point of view as all other emails are going through and no message for a failed suspcicious email test is being sent.
