No Alarm Event History in Android App

I'm running Android app version XX.XX.XX.XX on a Samsung Galaxy S24+. I have the Ring Plus Gen 1 plan effective until Feb 2026. The Alarm events history tab is gone from the app since last November. I still get all of the alerts for sensors and alarms, but I can't see the history. It's very frustrating and is a safety concern when I can't see what sensors have been tripped. Can you tell me how to fix this? Previous support call was not helpful.
