New user help, please

Just setup our Ring doorbell. I operate the main account my wife is a shared user. My phone gives me an audible and message alert for motion and doorbell. My wife's phone only give message alerts, creating no sound for either motion or doorbell. I've looked through the forum and checked the following: *visit the Ring app and the shared Ring device, then choose Device Settings. From there choose Notification Settings and the App Alert Tones page should have a tab for both Ring events and Motion events.* The app on my wife's phone is set as shown above (yes, have also checked that the phone isn't on silent). Am I missing something? Any help appreciated.
