Neighbors and Ring apps don’t agree on my address

Why is the address on my Neighbors app different from that in my Ring app? I’m only monitoring one address. The street, city, and zip are fine but the numbers differ. When I try to follow the instructions on the Neighbors app to match the address, it says go to the Ring app and change there. But this doesn’t work.
