troubleshooting

When trying to do a live view i keep getting a message that says "This feature is unavailable because your mobile device has no internet connection".  It's happened quite often and my device does have an internet connection.  It's happening currently and I just did a speed test that came back at 36ms ping, 555Mbps down and 11.7 up with 7ms jitter. Any idea why the app is telling me this?  Verizon Galaxy s22 Ultra on 5gUW.

    Hi @user_703528. When this happens, are you on WiFi or cellular data? Is there an active VPN on the phone or network? Can you double check the permissions on the phone and ensure that they are enabled and allowed? What version of the Ring app is installed and what OS version is your Galaxy running?
