Missing Ring Notification Sounds

There has been no answer for Ring tones becoming corrupted or completely gone on my Android phone. I have 4 different Ring Cameras and I want a unique sound for each one. I have a spotlight camera on one side of the house, and it used to say "Motion at your spotlight cam" when motion was detected. Now this sound is completely missing from my phone. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the Ring app and no sounds added. Honestly, I have seen similar posts here and they all end up with basically "sorry Charlie, your out of luck" . How do I get the original ring sounds back???????? Why in the name of intelligence doesn't Ring have a link to just download them again??????????????????????? As a matter of fact, why the heck don't you allow us to record our own sounds and use them????????????????????????????????????? I have had Ring for over 7 years, but I am getting to the point where I am seriously thinking of going with another product. It just seems that customer support has gone to heck since Amazon acquired them back in 2018. Any time I call, I get someone on the other side of the world with poor English. The last time I called, they screwed up my order 3 times and it took a month to get things straightened out. But, back to my concern: where the heck are the default Ring notification sounds????????????????????
