Live view not working since recent update

I'm on android telephone In live view is not working since the recent update when I load live view I get a black screen When I exit the live view I can view The recording Just fine this started happening when I updated the other day my phone is a galaxy s10 android 12

Hi @sterno. Are you experiencing this Live View issue on any other devices? If you are on Ring.com, do you also have a black screen? Do you have any of the apps listed [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005889983-Android-Apps-that-Conflict-with-the-Ring-App) installed on your Android?

Same here. Live view gives a black screen on a Samung A71, Android 13. Its definately a bug since the last update. If you tap the black screen it then shows the live view!
