Live View not working on PC (tried 2 wifi networks same issue) but Smartphone works fine t
So no live video on desktop PC, but smartphone works. I rebooted all camera’s /signals are okay all green/battery charged. I rebooted. I started seeing the issue when I switched to Charter/spectrum, at first it was intermittent, now constant. Any ideas? I tried using mobile phone as hot spot and got the same result. No desktop live view “there was an issue starting live view click the reconnect button to try again” No VPN… It worked fine hooking them to network (very seem less) It worked great for 5 or 8 weeks, now that error message… I am able to see preview screen on desktop pc… I tried a different wifi network same issue, so it’s not related to spectrum… Hmmmm new problem statement Can’t go live view with ring camera’s on desktop PC. The preview is visible, but if user selects live view they will receive error message there was an issue starting live view,click the reconnect button to try again. problem solving so far reboot cameras’ disconnect reboot spectrum router reinstall cameras’ chime network or not
