Ring App
live view disabled on app but shows on computer
Hi, one of my cameras is always now showing on my phone app that 'live view is disabled because device has a low battery' and not recording anything. I bought a new battery, charged it and it still says the same so basically I can't use the camera, have tried to reset as well. On my computer however the live view works, and doesn't display the message. Help!

Hi @user_40555d. Make sure the Ring app is updated to the latest version available from the app store. If you haven't closed the app in a while, try fully closing it and reopening it to ensure you're seeing the current status.
