Ring App
iPhone continue button broken to login
I was a logged out of the Ring app and am no longer able to sign-in because the continue button is just text, not select-able. This post was closed by Ring marking it resolved, but it is not. No combination of enabling cookies or javascript works as the solution suggests and several others in the thread have the same experience. Has anyone found another solution that actually works. Support only refers back to the still-broken solution.

Hi @Boaty1302. This issue has been addressed in this thread. You’ll need to ensure that JavaScript and Cookies are enabled on your default browser. Typically this is Safari on iOS devices. If you’ve changed your default browser to something else, make sure to check the settings in that browser.
