ICON meaning?

In the Dashboard view on the PC monitoring app, I see one of the security camera views displays what looks like a series of red increasing larger curved lines with a diagonal line across it. I would presume it is indicating that has lost connectivity or something, yet the device health reports all is good and I can activate and control it, so at a loss as to what is intended to convey. Any ideas?
