  Hi @seaubrey. The Event History Timeline is a feature that is only on mobile devices such as a cell phone or tablet.   I does not appear to have been done. Still not able on my desktop to pull up 180 days of history. This is not acceptable.

  Hi @user_e91911. This thread is regarding the Event History Timeline being available on Ring.com. Your issue seems to be something different. Are you not able to view your History on Ring.com?
