  Hi @Hemmer! There may be a new Ring app version available. Try visiting the Ring app in the app store to see if there is an update. Alternatively, removing and reinstalling the Ring app on your OSX device might also resolve this. Feel free to let us know how this goes! :)

  It did not stop the pop up from reappearing after the removal, phone reboot and launch of the updated app. Next suggestion?
