Geofence sends reminder only when I return home, not when I leave.
In Settings --> Modes and Automations --> Geofence --> Arm/Disarm Reminders, I have both reminders turned on.When I leave the geofence area, I am not getting a reminder to arm Ring, even though I am in Home Mode. However, if I re-enter the geofence area later after putting Ring in Away Mode, it does remind me to disarm. So the geofence is working, and so is the "Disarm Reminder", but the "Arm Reminder" is not working. I placed two calls to Ring Customer Service. They had me do all kinds of things, including resetting the geofence, uninstalling/reinstalling the app, and other tests. Each time I had to drive out of the geofence to check if it worked. I spent over an hour resetting everything and driving around, to no avail. Has anyone else experienced this same problem? Any fix? Thank you!

You will find that because your 'Home' mode has at least one device armed in that mode, the ridiculous system thinks that your whole system is armed. So the Geofence feature doesn't send you a reminder to arm it. It DOES send you a reminder to disarm it when you return home, based on that/those devices that are already armed in Home mode. Geofence and Modes do not interact. I have the same issue, as do others. Which could be very simply solved by an option for Geofence reminders to be sent when system is in Home mode [which may include some devices already being armed] rather than as it currently is - only works if everything is DISARMED when you leave the Geofence area. It seems pretty logical and extremely basic right? This drives me insane, the sheer stupidity of it.
