Chime Snooze not showing up in App
troubleshooting

Hello, my family has four members, everyone with an iOS device. I’m noticing that the Chime Snooze option under devices is only showing on two of the four phones.Is there a setting or limit to the number of devices that can snooze a chime?It’s important that I figure this out because the people in my household that I want to have the snooze capability are my kids (young adults) that tend to come home when everyone is asleep. Being able to snooze the Chime (for 15mins) keeps the dog from barking and waking up the entire household.

    Hi @user_909911. Chimes cannot be shared with Shared Users, so they will not have access to Chime Snooze.

      That’s interesting since it’s available on my son’s app, but not on my wife and daughter. They’re must be something different with the way his logged in versus the other two. Any ideas?

      @user_909911. It could be that your son is logged into your owner account and your wife and daughter are shared users.
