Cannot enable comments on my post

Question

I created a post to the Ring neighbors app and enabled the Comments on Post feature, yet my post shows that the author has disabled comments on this post.  Does anyone know how to fix this?  Thanks.

Hi @jkugler76. I would recommend double-checking that your Neighbors app is up-to-date with the latest update available. If it is up to date, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app on your phone to see if it helps.
