App not working to change tones
Hi I am trying to change my in app notifications and every time I select a different sound, I’m told ‘your sound could not be loaded - try again’ and that just keeps repeating. I deleted the app and reinstalled, and some of the sounds now work but not all. My wife also has the same issue with this. Please advise Thank you. (PS if an admin reads this, the app still advises to email for help, to which you just get an auto response saying help is t offered on email. Quite frustrating)

I have the same problem. We are new to Ring - and this doesn't give much confidence. I have tweeted to Ring - but they seem to be ignoring me. I have done everything that OP has done with no success. Running on an iPhone

JI have the exact same issue on an iPhone XS Max running iOS 14.2. None of the tones work under Rings or Motions so I don’t have any sort of audible notifications. Even selecting “Silent” gives me that error.

I have the same issue - a recent change. I was able to assign a spooky sound for Halloween, but now I have no way of changing it or making it silent from the iPhone app.

MThis is ridiculous. I just installed my first ring doorbell. I mess with some alert settings and not I am stuck on the Thanksgiving Turkey alert. Talk about lack of confidence. I will be ripping this thing off and installing Nest if they cannot fix this soon.

I am also having this issue as of yesterday. I have already deleted and reinstalled the app and that did not work. I upgraded to iOS 14.2 as per tech support and that did not work. It worked fine yesterday afternoon but on the advice of tech-support for another issue to delete and reinstall the app this problem started. This is a real pain in the you know where. They need this fixed ASAP.

THi neighbors. The Ring app was experiencing some issues with getting your sounds to load, but this has since been resolved. Everything should be back to normal and you sounds should be returned. Thank you for your patience while we worked on fixing this.

HEvery one of my Ring notification sounds, sound the same. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. They all have a tone that is part of my android phone. Not even a Ring notification. I was under the impression that this was fixed.

CHi @Hot4gordon. This concern was actually addressed in a similar thread [here](https://community.ring.com/t5/General-Questions/New-Android-Phone-Missing-Ring-App-Alert-Tones-HELP-PLEASE/td-p/48675), where other neighbors that had this concern were able to share the troubleshooting steps they took to resolve it. You should be able to find an answer that works for you from that thread, but if you're unable to get it resolved, you can reach out to our support team at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). We’re taking additional steps to protect our team and help reduce the spread of COVID-19, so this has resulted in longer than normal wait times. I have the exact same issue since yesterday and it’s been driving my wife and I crazy. Happening on both iPhones, with one of two Ring Spotlight Battery cameras only. Any help would be much appreciated!
