App keeps telling me device offline

Been happening quite frequent lately, I have full wifi strength along with full 5g bars. Last I checked my stickup cams rss was 37. Why does this app keep telling me my device (meaning my phone) is offline or in airplane mode when it's clearly not? All the while I still get notifications but cannot access live view and the camera records nothing. Same issue. Stick cam offline. I installed it on a second home. I’m not there to climb a ladder and press the restart button to get the blue light to come on. Is there a work around?

I've got a 2020 release door bell and the last 3 weeks my keeps losing wifi signal every few days. I have recharged it the camera and the router is only in the next room. Never had a problem since the last few days.
