Hi @user3398. I would also make sure your phone is not in silent mode. For example, if your phone is an iPhone, you want to make sure the toggle on the side of the phone is in the correct position to turn silent mode off. Reboot your phone and turn off Bluetooth as well to see if that helps. You can also uninstall the Ring app and reinstall it. Before doing so you want to make sure your phone is [capable of downloading the latest version of the Ring app](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/4812209807124-Mobile-Device-Compatibility-and-the-Ring-App). You will also need to enter your Ring credentials to log in, and if you have forgotten your password, you will have to reset it.
